• When ordering from the shop and custom items please advise immediately of any food allergies.  Whilst Baked by KB offers nut free, gluten free friendly and Vegan treats, there may be traces present.

• Please follow all provided instructions that come with your order.  These are important and ensure that your product arrives safely at your destination and it tastes delicious.

• Swiss meringue buttercream cakes must travel when cold.  Never transport your cake at room temperature.

• All cakes must travel on a flat surface, the safest area is either your boot (if it has airflow) or the footwell of your car.  Do not place cakes on seats or laps.

• Cakes and cupcakes should always be consumed at room temperature. 

• Baked by KB is not responsible for any items added to our products once it has left our possession.

• If fresh flowers are required, they will be sourced and supplied by Baked by KB.  Fresh flowers are not a food item and must be prepared correctly.

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your product please let Baked by KB know immediately.  If you're not happy, Baked by KB is not happy.  Please do not discard your product.  All products must be returned if compensation is required.    Compensation will not be provided if product instructions were not followed.

       

       CUSTOM ORDERS.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking within 24 hours of invoice, with the final amount due 14 days before your event.

• Deposit's not received within 24 hours will result in your order being cancelled.

• Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. 

• Full payment is required within 24 hours for products booked inside 14 days from your event.

• If your order is cancelled inside 14 days of your event, a portion of your deposit with be non refundable.  The non refundable portion of your deposit will depend on items purchased and time already incurred by Baked by KB for your order. 

• Quotes are valid for 5 days.  Prices may change after this time if a booking has not been confirmed with a deposit.

• Any changes requested after your booking cannot be guaranteed depending on the progress of your order and may be subject to further charges.

• Baked by KB accepts bank transfer and credit card payments.  

• All products are available via pick up from 763A High St, Thornbury during shop hours or by appointment.

• Delivery is available, delivery fees apply.

• Cookie orders can be posted Australia wide.  Baked by KB uses express post only to ensure packages arrive as quickly as possible.  Baked by KB takes every precaution to safely wrap your order.  Postage fees apply.

• GIFT VOUCHERS - All gift vouchers are valid to use on all Baked by KB products.  Gift vouchers are valid until the listed end date.  Gift vouchers must be presented to be redeemed.  Gift vouchers are only redeemable on Baked by KB products.  Gift vouchers are not transferrable.
