A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final amount due 14 days before your event.

Deposit's must be received within 48 hours from invoice.

Deposit's not received within 48 hours will result in your order being cancelled.

Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. 

Full payment is required within 24 hours for products booked inside 14 days from your event.

If your order is cancelled inside 14 days of your event, a portion of your deposit with be non refundable.  The non refundable portion of your deposit will depend on items purchased and time already incurred by Baked by KB for your order. 

Quotes are valid for 5 days.  Prices may change after this time if a booking has not been confirmed with a deposit.

Any changes requested after your booking cannot be guaranteed depending on the process of your order and may be subject to further charges.

Baked by KB accepts bank transfer and credit card payments.  Credit card payments incur a 2.2% Square processing fee.

All products are available via pick up from Thornbury or delivery can be arranged.  Delivery and set up fees will apply where applicable.

Cookie orders can be posted Australia wide.  Baked by KB uses express post only to ensure packages arrive as quickly as possible.  Baked by KB takes every precaution to safely wrap your order.  Postage fees apply.

All cake quotes are based on industry standard cake height of 4inchs unless specified differently.

Minimum order quantity's apply as follows: 24 mini cookies, 12 standard Cookies, 12 Standard Cupcakes & 24 Mini Cupcakes.  Cake sizes start from 6inch.

Please advise immediately of any food allergies.  Whilst nut free items are available, these items are still processed within my kitchen and traces of allergens may be present.

The safest way for your cake to travel is on a flat surface (ie your boot or floor).  Cakes should never travel in seats or laps.  Buttercream cakes must be kept cool and be refrigerated as soon as possible.  Do not leave cakes unattended in parked cars.  Baked by KB will not be responsible for cake damage due to negligence and/or not following correct transport requirements.

If fresh flowers are required, they will be sourced and supplied by Baked by KB.  Fresh flowers are not a food item and must be prepared correctly.

Baked by KB is not responsible for any items added to our products once it has left our possession.

If you or your representative elects to pick up and/or set up your product, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Baked by KB's possession.

COVID 19 - Baked by KB will endevour to work with all customers during covid restrictions/lockdowns in the event of last minute changes.  If no work has commenced on your order, Baked by KB will happily move dates to a suitable time for both parties.  In the event of total cancellation's, partial payment may be kept if work has commenced or custom items have been purchased for your order.  Covid restrictions are adhered to at all times by Baked by KB.

GIFT VOUCHERS - All gift vouchers are valid to use on all Baked by KB products EXCLUDING COOKIE MAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS.  Gift vouchers are valid until the listed end date.  Gift vouchers must be presented to be redeemed.  Gift vouchers are only redeemable on Baked by KB products.  Gift vouchers are not transferrable.  

COOKIE MAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS - By purchasing a cookie mail subscription, you are committing to supreme deliciousness every month.  Subscription payments are processed monthly on the date of your first purchase.  Cookie Mail is expressed posted to arrive around the 15th of every month.  Cookie Mail is available Australia wide.  Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at anytime by emailing Bakedbykb@gmail.com.  Pausing or cancelling must be done by the 10th of the month.  Cookie Mail features exclusive treats, each box contains ingredient lists and allergens. 

SAVE THE DATE - A $20 non refundable deposit is required to save your date.  Cancelled save the date orders will forfeit your deposit.
